WE LOVE DOING LIFE TOGETHER

Jesus tells us that anyone who wants to know more, grow more and belong, needs loving community – life groups are a place where a group of friends and not yet friends adventure together to get to know each other and Christ better.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In life groups we eat together, laugh together, learn together, pray together and grow together. Although we attend on Sundays, it’s in midweek life groups that we really belong!

The best way to feel like you’re a part of community is to get involved in that community in a meaningful way. That means spending regular, consistent time with people like you.

Life Group FAQs

  • A life group is a small community of about 6 to 14 adults who meet regularly—usually weekly in members’ homes—to build relationships, study the Bible, pray, and support one another in following Jesus.

  • Most life groups meet once a week, typically in the evenings during school terms. Meeting days and times vary depending on the group.

  • Each group has its own approach to children’s participation. Some groups include children in parts of the meeting, while others provide separate activities. Please ask your group leader about what works best for that group.

  • We strongly encourage life group members to attend every week if possible. Regular attendance is encouraged to build strong relationships. That said, we understand life can be busy. If you can’t make it, please communicate with your group leader in advance.

  • That’s perfectly okay! We encourage you to visit a few groups to find the right fit. Our leaders understand this and want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

  • Participation is encouraged but not forced. You can share as much as you feel comfortable. Over time, many find that sharing helps deepen relationships and spiritual growth. In many ways, what you get out of life group depends on what you put in!

  • Life groups are for everyone—whether you’re new to faith or have been following Jesus for years. Groups provide a safe, welcoming space to ask questions and grow at your own pace.
